in this phase, we cover all aspect of the design with interior architectural modifications, suggested furniture and joinery concepts. With client's feedback, we are able to draft a comprehensive design solution to exceed expectations.

ZONING
&
FURNITURE PLAN

Whether new builds, or for renovation purposes. We will revise the floor plan, and recommend alterations in the zoning, if needed based on client's brief, to ensure optimum space utilization.

 

Furthermore, we will suggest different furniture plan options for the spaces according to requirements, accommodating capacity and functionality.

In the final stages of the design, we bring our physical material selection, and design to life with photo realistic imagery. Giving our client an insight on to the final outcome, with all its details in mind.

In this stage we discuss the fine details, and materials of the space.

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS

 After design conclusion, we turn every design detail into a technical drawing that we can handover, along with final finishes.

Such documents, ensure that the various stakeholders, are all inline and have full understanding of all project aspects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
&
EXECUTION

The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. With all onsite requirements met, works will commence and our project coordinators and designers will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned. We will keep the client updated throughout as well as oversee the snagging during the snagging period, allowing our client to enjoy their property with peace of mind.
